Hindi Day Celebration: Book Display

The Library celebrated Hindi Day by organising an exhibition of Hindi books. Books were displayed in the BookFlix : book display corner in the library. Ms. Vineetha Davies V addressed the gathering and invited the students to the Hindi book Exhibition . Principal Dr. Chacko Jose P conveyed message to students about Hindi Day and inaugurated the exhibition. Principal also congratulated Library staff especially Ms. Riya Joe for the creative arrangements of the book exhibition.Dr. Raju C. P., HoD Hindi department felicitated the function and inspired the students to read Hindi books.

The vacancies are provisional and depending on the actual requirement of the Bank the said vacancies may vary. Candidates may apply for vacancies of one State only. There is no provision for Inter Circle Transfer/ Inter State transfer for Junior Associates to be recruited. Candidature of the applicant will be considered only against the vacancies in the State for which he/she has applied/opted. Candidate may appear in the examination from any notified centre. However, He/ She will have to appear for the test of specified opted local language at a centre (to be decided by the Bank) of the State applied for, at his/her own expenses. Merit list will be drawn State wise, category wise and candidates will be posted in the State for which they are applying, in the event of their selection and will not be entitled for inter-state/ inter-circle transfer

Joint Admission test for Masters (JAM) is a common admission test conducted every year for admission into Master of Science (M.Sc.) and other post-graduate science programs at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and National Institutes of Technology(NITs), organized by alternating institutes every year. JAM has been conducted since 2004.The 2021 edition has been organized by Indian Institute of Science .JAM 2022 was Organized by Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is the Organizing Institute for JAM 2023.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level exam that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts. GATE 2023 will be a computer-based test (CBT) which is being organized by the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. The exam will be conducted by IISc Bangalore and seven IITs (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee), on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GoI).

Food Corporation of India (FCI), one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings ensuring the food security of the Nation, invites online applications for the under mentioned posts in its Depots and Offices spread all over the Country from eligible candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications, age, experience etc. For the post of Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering), candidates will be selected as Management Trainee and will undergo training for six months. Only consolidated stipend will be paid to them at the rate of Rs. 40,000/- (Forty thousand only) per month during the training period. Management Trainees will be considered for absorption as Managers in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000 upon successful completion of training period of six months. However, there will be no training in case of Manager (Hindi) and they will be directly appointed as Manager in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000.
